We provide elite performance, commercial and executive talent for organisations and brands involved within the sports and entertainment industry. This includes sporting goods brands, professional teams, national sporting organisations, governing bodies, corporate sponsors, stadia, events, media and agencies.

We have successfully undertaken a variety of sales, marketing, sponsorship, events, general management and executive positions for several leading sporting associations, brands and corporate organisations since 2012.
Richard has five years’ international executive search experience and has successfully undertaken CEO search assignments for SANZAR, Basketball Australia, The Hurricanes, Auckland Rugby, Waratahs, Basketball Australia and several others.
He is well respected by his clients and candidates, has extensive global networks across multiple industries and a strong understanding of the requirements of leading brands, sporting rights holders, agencies and events organisations. Prior to founding Global Elite in 2012, Richard developed a successful sales career with over ten years’ experience within the Logistics, FMCG and Beverages industries.
Liz is a dual international who played Cricket and Hockey for New Zealand. Her professional sporting experience and academic background, which includes a Masters in the Anthropology of Sport provides her clients with a strong understanding of high performing cultures and the importance of attracting and sourcing the right talent for their organisations.
Jonny has 15 years’ experience working in performance analysis, player recruitment and coaching in elite professional sporting environments including three years at English Premiership Club Tottenham Hotspur. He has a strong understanding of the high-performance sector and an existing global network of specialists that support the industry, providing his clients with an elite level of service to gain access to the best talent for their organisation.
Mike has 6 years in sales, account management and customer service experience with the Flight Centre Travel Group where he progressed from a travel consultant through to assisting in the development of new brands and leading national sales teams. Mike has a deep understanding of the impact exceptional sales people can have on a business’s growth, value and culture which allows him to provide his clients with the “right” type of sales person to suit their company’s needs.
